To get a ride with TAPS you must schedule your ride at least 48 business hours in advance and between the hours of 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday.

TAPS Public Transit offers residents of Cooke, Clay, Fannin, Grayson, Montague, and Wise counties, the Get-a-Ride public transportation service. Get-a-Ride is a shared-ride, point-to-point, curb-to-curb, service.

How to Schedule a Ride

Our call center is open to schedule a ride, Monday-Friday, 7am to 3pm

All trips must now be scheduled by 3:00 p.m., at least 2 business days, before the trip date.

If you have special transportation needs due to a certified disability, please make sure the Call Center Agent knows that you may need special equipment assistance.

TAPS drivers do not make change. Exact amount of the fare is due upon boarding the TAPS vehicle.
