TAPS Rider Service Representatives are available:
Monday-Friday 4:30 a.m.-11:30 p.m.
Saturday 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.
TAPS Public Transit provides a shared ride, point-to-point, curb-to-curb service to any resident in our 7-county service area.
To schedule a ride for the next business day, you must call before 3 p.m. the day before.
IN GRAYSON COUNTY:
TAPS buses run Monday-Friday with the first available pickup time at 4:30 a.m. and the last available pickup time at 5:30 p.m.
TAPS provides service in Grayson County on Saturday with the first available pickup at 8:00 a.m. and the last available pickup at 2:30 p.m. There is no Sunday service.
IN COLLIN COUNTY:
TAPS buses run Monday-Friday with the first available pick up time at 6:00 a.m. and the last available pick up time at 5:30 p.m. TAPS does not provide service in Collin County on Saturday or Sunday.

The Get-a-Ride call center is open Monday through Friday 4:30am-11:30 p.m. and on Saturday 7:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m.

If you have special transportation needs due to a certified disability, please make sure the Service Representative knows that you may need special equipment assistance.
You may travel from any point in the TAPS service area to any other point in the service area. This includes from one town to the other, or one county to the other. The fare is determined by the specifics of the trip. You can see the general fares here.
TAPS drivers do not make change. Exact amount of the fare is due upon boarding the TAPS vehicle.
