TAPS Public Transit has named Jamie Pine, parts clerk. Pine has been with the TAPS Fleet Maintenance department for ten months. The promotion was announced on September 15 by Tim Patton, TAPS COO.
Patton also announced the addition of four new employees in the Fleet and Facilities Maintenance department. Steve Williams, John David Shelley, Chris Edwards, and Billy Burkett joined TAPS in September.
Chauncey Ward has been hired as a finance assistant handling account receivable, and Austin Hider has joined the IT team as a support technician.
“We congratulate Jamie on his new role,” said Patton. “The promotion was earned through hard work and dedication. We look forward to helping our new employees work their way up in our organization.”
