It happens. You’ve scheduled a trip with the Get-a-Ride service, but something’s come up and you need to cancel your ride. So long as you cancel your ride at least two hours in advance, that gives us time to give that seat on the bus to another rider. If you don’t let us know in time —you’re a “No-Show.”
With the Get-a-Ride service operating at capacity most days, a no-show means a seat goes unused.
Too many no-shows and your right to ride can be suspended.
