The McKinney city council this morning gave its 30 day notice to cancel their current month-to-month contract with TAPS. Details of the transition are still up in the air as I write this.
On Tuesday, November 24, 1:00 pm the TAPS Board of Directors will meet to go down the list of items that need final decisions, that only the board can act on. After they have voted we are just one step away from knowing how operations in McKinney will be affected. And as important, how soon we can get the Grayson County area back on line and running as expected.
