TAPS Will Coordinate Trips in Plano for Riders

get-a-ride-180We know that many destinations for medical appointments are in Plano. TAPS vehicles are not allowed to pick up, or deliver, in Plano.

However, TAPS Public Transit will be able to connect you to a provider who can take you and pick you up in Plano. To be connected to the authorized transportation provider for Plano, you may still call (800) 256-0911 and a TAPS Rider Services Representative will redirect your call to someone who can set up and schedule your trip in Plano.
