United States Congressman Ralph Hall visited TAPS Public Transit recently. Congressman Hall toured the expanded TAPS facilities from where the transportation agency will operate while a new intermodal transit center is built.

Congressman Hall has been influential in the growth of TAPS through his support of funding by the Federal Transportation Agency (FTA) in Washington, D.C.

TAPS Public Transit CEO and Executive Director, Brad Underwood, said the support of public officials is crucial to his agency’s continued success. “Working in concert with the State of Texas, the FTA has provided needed funds to keep TAPS on the road,” said Underwood. “Congressman Hall’s support of our programs allows TAPS to serve an ever increasing area of North Texas.”
