Leah Campbell has added human resources to her management portfolio. As Director of H.R. and Organizational Development she will oversee recruitment, training, and employee development for TAPS Public Transit.
Campbell joined TAPS earlier this year as recruiting manager and was quickly promoted to director of organizational management. Putting human resources under the same umbrella seemed like a natural fit, according to TAPS CEO and Executive Director, Brad Underwood.
“Leah has demonstrated an ability to take on any task,” said Underwood. “In just a short few months she has made a major impact on organizing and managing an entire new department. She is the perfect choice to bring these functions together and see them through the transition.”
