The good news is that after making big changes to how TAPS operates, to lower costs and get back on budget, the Get-a-Ride service is improving.
Service is coming back up and while it will continue to be limited, rides are again available. Learn more here.
Some of those changes include shortening call center hours. Even small changes can help keep TAPS running.
- To schedule a new ride, you can call us Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
- For Where’s My Ride or to cancel a ride, you can call Monday-Friday, 6am-7pm.
- The call center is now closed Saturday and Sunday.
