WWW.TAPSACCESS.COM offers general information and detailed instructions on how to use the company’s non-emergency medical transportation services.
The website is divided into sections. Medicaid members and medical providers have dedicated sections with directions on what services are available and what information is required to access transportation services.
Each section of the website also offers Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), downloadable documents and forms, and news items and updates specifically for that user group.
An important feature of WWW.TAPSACCESS.COM is the “Ask TAPS Access” page where visitors can ask questions and send comments via email message for a quick reply. Using the email feature offers a reply Monday through Friday, within less than 24 hours. Questions submitted after regular business hours are answered the next business day.
